How do I qualify for the Startup plan?
The Startup plan is application-only and reserved for teams under 25 people. Apply through the contact form and we’ll get back to you within a few business days.
What counts as an “employee” for billing?
Any unique person assigned to a training, simulation, or refresher. Contractors and seasonal workers count if they’re enrolled. People who only receive marketing emails (without enrolling) don’t.
Can we change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Annual plans pro-rate changes; month-to-month billing takes effect the following cycle.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes. Reach out to sales with your 501(c)(3) determination letter or .edu domain — we offer 30% off all paid tiers for qualifying organizations.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card for Startup, Base, and Growth plans. ACH and invoice / PO for Enterprise.
