Any unique person assigned to a training, simulation, or refresher. Contractors and seasonal workers count if they’re enrolled. People who only receive marketing emails (without enrolling) don’t.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Annual plans pro-rate changes; month-to-month billing takes effect the following cycle.
